These terms are an agreement between you and NovaTek Business Solutions for the NovaTek Group Messenger app and service. By using the app you agree to them.
1. Messaging rules
- Only message people who have agreed to hear from you. For marketing texts, keep a record of that consent.
- Honour every opt-out. People who reply STOP are blocked from automatic texts automatically.
- No spam, harassment, threats, illegal content, or messages that pretend to be someone else.
- Payment reminders must be accurate and polite. If you collect debts for other people, debt-collection laws such as the US FDCPA apply to you.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your messages, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier rules for business texting, and privacy laws.
We may suspend automatic texting or close accounts that break these rules or put our phone number at risk.
2. Accounts
Keep your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time inside the app.
3. Plans and payment
Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions billed by Apple or Google. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Plan limits (photo scans and automatic text credits) reset each month and do not roll over. A text credit is one SMS part.
4. AI photo reading
Photo scanning uses AI and can misread text. Always review imported contacts before you save or message them.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, NovaTek Business Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
